Awakening in Daily Life – Weekend Retreat May 2010 with Master Culadasa
The Suttas tell us that the path to Awakening is open to all – men or women, old or young, lay or monastic. The Buddha once named 21 eminent lay disciples who had become Arahats. The householder Citta, was one of three foremost disciples who excelled at expounding the Dhamma.

This retreat involved instruction, meditation, and open discussion regarding the ways that we can apply the Four Noble Truths in our daily lives, even while we work and raise our families.
